Support the marketing team by executing Sixthman and individual event campaigns via owned media channels – SMS, email, social media, website, etc. Other responsibilities include liaison for creative with the internal design team, collaborating with Norwegian Cruise Lines on digital inclusion (social media, website, email, onboard TVs, etc), leading influencer marketing campaigns, and other special projects for individual events at sea or land (including internationally) while advancing the overall Sixthman brand.

Digital communications strategy and execution across assigned events, including:

o Manage, grow, and maintain connected audiences via email, SMS, CDP, and SMMS platforms

o Lead strategy to activate event databases and increase customer engagement across all communications

o Master email, SMS, CDP, and SMMS platforms to build, send, and evaluate the most effective campaigns

o Build and maintain an overall communications calendar in conjunction with the event Community Manager

o Create communications and content plans to showcase assigned events as they take place in real-time

Support the company’s marketing department including:

o Understand and advance Sixthman’s show & tell marketing approach and best practices for utilizing photo and video assets

o Create compelling copy and pair it with industry-leading assets to best communicate Sixthman offerings, value proposition, and community building

o Serve as liaison to the Creative department by submitting design orders, monitoring progress, and delivering assets to the final destination

o Master Sixthman’s digital photo and video asset management system

o Work directly with NCL/partner/host/support talent’s respective marketing teams to collaborate on joint promotions and identify event marketing opportunities

· Additional projects and duties as assigned

· Attend several of the Company’s land or sea events annually to serve as or perform various duties at venue as needed.


· Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience)

· 3-4 years of relevant experience with a focus on social media, email, and direct marketing

· Experience with Salesforce or comparable email platform

· Experience with SMS, CDP, and other communications and audience management platforms a plus

· Social Media expert familiar with best practices across all channels including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTik, Snapchat, YouTube, and more

· Must have extraordinary verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

· Detail oriented with high accuracy

· Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask

· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes or challenges
